By booking any service with My Temple Darshan, you agree to the following terms.

1️⃣ General Terms

• Service Role: We operate as a pilgrimage tour organiser and travel facilitator.

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after payment and issuance of a confirmation voucher.

• Inclusions & Exclusions: Each package clearly specifies its inclusions and exclusions.

• Fixed Departures: Missing the scheduled departure may result in cancellation without refund.

• EMI / Instalments: Processing fees and applicable GST are non-refundable.

2️⃣ Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation charges apply based on the number of days before travel.

• 60+ days: Full refund excluding processing fees.

• 45–60 days: 25% cancellation charges apply.

• 30–45 days: 50% cancellation charges apply.

• 15–30 days: 75% cancellation charges apply.

• Less than 15 days or no show: No refund.

• Special packages may have different cancellation terms.

3️⃣ Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed to the original payment mode within 7–14 working days.

• Payment gateway and administrative charges are non-refundable.

• In case of temple closure or government restrictions, alternative arrangements or refunds after deducting actual expenses will be provided.
