📜 Terms & Conditions – My Temple Darshan

Welcome to My Temple Darshan. By booking any tour, darshan service, transportation, accommodation, or spiritual package through our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1️⃣ General Terms

• Service Role: My Temple Darshan acts as a pilgrimage tour organiser and spiritual travel facilitator.

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after receipt of payment and issuance of a confirmation voucher.

• Package Inclusions & Exclusions: Each tour package clearly mentions inclusions (transport, accommodation, darshan assistance, meals, etc.) and exclusions (personal expenses, extra poojas, tips, etc.).

• Fixed Departure Tours: Missing scheduled departure timing may lead to cancellation without refund.

• EMI / Instalment Payments (If Applicable): Processing fees and applicable GST are non-refundable.

2️⃣ Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation before travel date.

Standard Cancellation Slabs

• 60 days or more before travel: Full refund (excluding processing fees)

• 45–60 days before travel: 25% cancellation charges

• 30–45 days before travel: 50% cancellation charges

• 15–30 days before travel: 75% cancellation charges

• Less than 15 days before travel / No Show: No refund

Note: Exact slabs may vary depending on the specific package (helicopter tours, VIP darshan, special pooja packages, etc.).

3️⃣ Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment.

• Refund processing time: 7–14 working days.

• Payment gateway charges and administrative fees are non-refundable.

• In case of temple closure, natural calamity, or government restrictions, alternative arrangements will be offered. If not acceptable, refund will be processed after deducting actual expenses incurred.

4️⃣ Amendments / Date Changes

• Date changes are subject to availability.

• Rescheduling may attract additional charges.

• If new date cost is higher, the difference must be paid.

5️⃣ Force Majeure

My Temple Darshan is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by:

• Natural disasters

• Weather conditions

• Temple authority restrictions

• Government orders

• Political disturbances

6️⃣ Liability

• We act as an intermediary between guests and service providers (hotels, transporters, temple authorities).

• We are not liable for loss, injury, theft, or delay beyond our operational control.

7️⃣ Privacy Policy

Customer data (name, contact details, ID proofs, payment information) is kept confidential and used only for booking and operational purposes.
